Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advance Product Services P350/702 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aeg-Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the AM112MZ4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AEGModiconPCA984145CPU manufactured by Aeg-Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg-Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TPC60SN by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aeg Brand 8000014426AE16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as B881001 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DLTV8310111AXXXXL made by Advantech as well as the popular B30A8IP original spares produced by Advanced-Motion-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ALU201L by Aeg,-Modicon and B881001 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AE144M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kokusai.
